The company was faced with large amounts of data from multiple sources and contacted Karma Strategies Group to design a solution that would provide employees with an automated, accurate way to prioritize service delivery to meet the critical needs of customers in a timely manner.
The Solution
Working closely with APS management, technical staff and end users, Karma Strategies engineered and implemented a custom Percolator Enterprise System leveraging a number of smart technologies. The project involved ongoing system testing and enhancements and continues to provide numerous benefits.
- ETL components are programmed to collect large amounts of data each evening from multiple sources and automatically apply unique rules, variables and calculations to update their data.
- Developed a custom web application to assign wellness management cases based on various factors, including: the RN's qualifications, information on all program members, and processing of claims and pharmaceutical information.
- Implemented a management dashboard to allow APS executives a view into service utilization and risks associated with contract compliance.
