He is a serial entrepreneur with multiple patents in the credit card and healthcare business areas. He has extensive experience in outsourcing and delivery channels. He has worked with Pricewaterhouse, British Petroleum, Capital One, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Entergy, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, Science Applications Intl. Corp., Sherwin Williams and has a rich domain expertise in the areas of healthcare, financial, oil, energy, retail, manufacturing, distribution, training and IT. 	Vickaash Agarwal Chairman, Executive Director - Operations-COO Vickaash has over 8 years of business management experience in various industries including technology, real-estate, FMCG - Distribution & Marketing, Warehouse Management, logistics, retail, and finance in the areas of new product development, manufacturing, quality control. He holds an B.S. (Commerce) degree from the Ravenshaw college.
	Vivek (Vik) Mehta, PMP Managing Partner, US Vik provides business consulting, project management and client solutions implementation strategy/execution at eMoksha. His career spans more than 16 years with experience in Fortune 500 organizations, large government agencies and startup companies. Starting his career in software development, Vik assumed several technology consulting leadership roles throughout his career. At CGI, one of world's largest technology systems integrator, Vik spent a number of years as Practice Director with P & L ownership operating a multi-million dollar consulting practice focused on providing business process analysis, software development, enterprise content management, business intelligence and systems integration solutions. Prior to starting eMoksha, Vik held the role of VP of Consulting Services and Chief Operating Officer for a mid-size technology consulting and marketing solutions firm in Cleveland area. Vik is a member of PMI institute, has earned PMP certification, completed executive leadership education at Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, holds graduate/undergraduate degrees in Engineering and has undertaken MBA studies at University of Michigan.
